PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

When paying through credit card it can take around 1 week for the payment to clear. Then your item can be shipped.


PRE ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.


WHAT HAPPENS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, payment cleared then you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 


SHIPMENT TRACKING?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

We can only advise you of the estimated delivery date and will make all efforts to get your order to you in the time period specified.

We do not offer any discount, exchange or refund due to late delivery of goods.

CUSTOM CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

International Clients are responsible for paying taxes and dutiesUnfortunately we're unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
